Payments and Refunds

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the transfer of final deliverables.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for remaining payments will only be considered if the project is canceled by the client before completion and if Reborn Web Solutions agrees to such refund based on the proportion of work completed.
